Thanks for upgrading! You can submit a cancellation request via this online form once you’ve received your new terminal.
We will cancel your terminal within 3 business days of submission.
No, Donations cannot be refunded. If a dispute arises, it is best to advise the donor to contact the charity’s head office for further discussion.
Donation Point Tap operates just like a traditional EFTPOS terminal. Funds for transactions done before 9pm AEST will be settled into your nominated Australian bank account on the next business day.
Note, depending on your bank, the transfer of the settlement funds may not be shown on bank account balance until the following day.
Transactions using Visa, Mastercard and eftpos cards or digital wallets are accepted. Amex may be available on request.
There is a $16.50 inc GST Monthly Service Fee plus transaction fees.

Very easy! As Donation Point Tap requires a Quest merchant facility, there is an application process to complete in addition to the hardware purchase. Our seamless web-based account setup process means that when you receive your Donation Point Tap device from Quest, it will be ready to power on and begin accepting donations! All Donation Point Tap customers receive access to Quest’s Cloud EFTPOS Web Portal to manage their network of Donation Point Tap devices. Cloud EFTPOS includes a reporting tool providing detailed transactional data, which can also be exported in spreadsheet format.
If you have configured this option for your Donation Point terminal, then following the completion of a donation, the donor is provided an option onscreen to request a tax receipt. Selecting [Yes] will display a unique QR code for 5 seconds that can be scanned by a smartphone camera, taking the consumer to a digital copy of their receipt. For more information, please read here.
Yes. Because Donation Point Tap uses contactless-only technology, donations are limited to whole dollar amounts up to a maximum of $99 in Australia.

All Quest hardware comes with a 12 month return to base warranty from receipt of goods.
Yes. Donation Point Tap uses encryption, just as EFTPOS terminals do, to protect and secure card transactions.

Logon to the Cloud Eftpos Web Portal using the login details provided in your Welcome email
Once you’ve made your changes (for example set new donation amounts), tap the ≡ menu icon in the top left corner
